Vak-G Atmosphere against NEC

One of the supporters groups at ADO, “Fan Support” based behind the goal on Vakkie-G (Block-G) are now trying to organize a better atmosphere within that section of the stadium. The plan is to make it more colourful, louder and exciting.

The rivalry between Vak-G and those on the Midden Noord often helps with the atmosphere inside the ground during the dullest of games. Alberto of ADO Journaal made this great video.

The new initiative on Vak-g inspired the Midden Noord to a great supporters action of their own, so despite a smaller than usual crowd on Saturday against NEC the atmosphere was great. ADO have always had great support and it looks like it is going to start getting even better, so when you get the chance, go along and sample the fun.

Den Hoorn were 3-0 up before Tessa Oudejans pulled one back on the stroke of half time. In the first twleve minutes of the second half Den Hoorn punished ADO with five quick goals. The score evened up a bit late on with goals from Tessa again in the eighty third minute and Michele Vrieling in the eighty fifth minute.

The match between ADO Den Haag and Vitesse Arnhem has been postponed after a 15.00 pitch inspection by referee Kevin Blom.

The heavy rain during last week and the continuing rain in the last twenty four hours has lead to the discovery that the drainage system in the newly laid pitch is not working as it should and the surface is unplayable. There is no new date yet set for the the game to take place. Tickets for this game will remain valid for any new date.

The weather is not the only thing to have hit the Kyocera stadium. Today there was a small fire near the family section that had to be dealt with by the fire brigade, only minor damage caused.
