Three new players for ADO ladies

With three official matches still to play this season ADO ladies trainer/coach Sarina Wiegman has been busy adding to the squad ready for the next season. Last week, an agreement was reached with three new players; Daphne in ‘t Veld from Ter Leede, Nadia Beerschoten and Franca van de Kuilen both from FC Utrecht will play next season for the ADO ladies team.

In ‘t Veld (18) this season has often trained in the defense with the ADO team, but now she will finally move from ADO ladies satellite Club Ter Leede.

Beerschoten (20) and van de Kuilen (21) also come into the squad and are not completely unknown to the ADO ladies squad. The midfielder and striker came this season from FC Utrecht ladies after the team went bankrupt, so they trained many times already with their future team mates.

                                               Daphne, Franca and Nadia

Sarina Wiegman said “I look forward to working with these three talented and ambitious women. All three players have their own qualities. We are convinced that they have a lot to offer and we can’t wait to get to work.”

Beugelsdijk leaves ADO

Fan favourite Tommie Beugelsdijk has signed a two year contract for German second division side FSV Frankfurt. This is a huge loss for our club as he was a true leader on the pitch, a never say die attitude and pride in wearing the green and yellow shirt.

He is sure to be missed by all at the club, especially his supporters. Hope he does well as he deserves to grow as a player. Go on Tommie, give them hell.
