ADO ladies drop points at home

ADO ladies dropped points at home for the first time this season. PEC Zwolle were the opposition on a busy night at the Kyocera stadium; due to it being the special ladies night.

ADO ladies played a much better game than they did against Ajax during the week. They started well and got themselves in front after fourteen minutes. Tessa Oudejans played in a low cross for top scorer Lineth Beerensteyn to put the ball into the back of the net, 1-0.

ADO were the better team in the first half, only a dubious off-side decision against Renate Jansen prevented them extending their lead.

ADO were pegged back after just five minutes of the second half. Joyce Mijnheer beat the off-side trap and slid the ball diagonally into the net to make it 1-1.

ADO ladies did most of the attacking in the rest of the game, limiting the visitors only one other chance to steal a victory. ADO were disappointed at the end, the points were there to be taken, in the end had to settle for just the solitary point.
