Ticket info for Kyocera friendlies

ADO Den Haag will be playing their next two friendlies in the Kyocera stadium. on Saturday, July 25th they face Veria FC and on Friday, July 31st they will play against Real Mallorca.

These two matches are free for Season Ticket Holders. For fans without a season ticket is is possible to buy match tickets via the e-ticketing system or at the stadium ticket office.

Sales for fans without Season Club Card

For both matches, the following admission prices for non Season ticket holders apply.

At the stadium ticket office: €7.50 for adults and €5.00 for kids.
Via E-ticketing: 6.50 for adults and 4.00 for kids.

Free admission with Season Club Card

The free entry for Season Ticket Holders (SCC) applies upon presentation of the SCC hard card. If you do not own it, on match day on the presentation of the SCC application form to the info desk (at the side of the The Haaglanden stand) opposite the supporters home, to pick up a free ticket.

First, the Haaglanden Stand will be opened, if this should become full than Aad Mansveld Tribune will be opened.

Parking at both matches will be free at P1, P2 and P3.

ADO’s Meijers signs three year contract extension

Great news for ADO supporters and the club as Aaron Meijers puts pen to paper on a new contract. Last week he was chosen to be the vice captain of the club, this week Meijers signed a new contract with ADO Den Haag. The left back that has always been selected to play in the first team in recent years has signed a contract that will keep him at the club. He still had a contract until the summer of 2016.

Aaron Meijers (27) came to ADO Den Haag from RKC Waalwijk in 2012. Meijers was born in Delft and has played 103 league and cup matches for the club. His professional career began in 2006 at FC Volendam.

ADO Den Haag is proud to be able to keep a player like Aaron Meijers as there was serious interest from Vitesse Arnhem for him. For the club it is confirmation that they are going in the right direction.

ADO sign Ruben Schaken

ADO Den Haag has signed 33 year old Ruben Schaken. He has signed a two year contract. The winger, who has 7 caps for the Dutch national side to his name has this week joined the squad of Henk Fraser.

Schaken broke through in the 2007-2008 season after he playing for BV Veendam, was elected the best player of the First Division. A year later he joined VVV-Venlo in the Eredivisie before joining Feyenoord in the summer of 2010. After 115 matches, he terminated his contract in January this year to embark on an adventure with FK Inter Baku in Azerbaijan.

Ruben Schaken played at youth level  for clubs that include Ajax and AZ and began his professional career in 2002 at SC Cambuur.

ADO Den Haag is very pleased to add him to the selection.

New kids items in ADO fan shop

ADO Den Haag is always thinking of its little fans. Now for our youngest followers there are some new articles for sale in the Fanshop at the Kyocera Stadion.

Hooded Baby Top, is a nice yellow-green jacket with hood for babies in sizes between 62 and 92.

The ADO Den Haag‘s pajamas in sizes from 62 to 152.

A game of cards with club logo is also new in the Fan shop and online shop, fun to take on holiday.

van Uffelen providing ADO with official suits

van Uffelen Fashion, will this season dress the squad and the staff of ADO Den Haag for official matters. All players, coaches and staff who are active on match days will all have the official suits and thiswill start at the first game at home against PSV.

The contracts were signed in the presence of head coach Henk Fraser, who immediately donned his new suit for the occasion. Owner director Pieter Cox, signed on behalf of van Uffelen. Both ADO Den Haag and van Uffelen fashion specialists are very excited about the collaboration.

Electric car chargers at the Kyocera

The Hague city council has placed a charging zone for electric cars on the P2 car park at the Kyocera stadium. With the five double charging stations, ten electric cars can simultaneously be charged. The charging stations can be used on game days and during the week.

It costs €0.25 per kWh for charging and load time, although it is strongly dependent on the type of car, it usually takes around three hours for a full charge.

Kramer transfer not going ahead

ADO Den Haag’s top scorer last season, Michiel Kramer for the moment will be remaining at the club.

The media have been widely reporting on the transfer of striker Michael Kramer of ADO Den Haag to SC Baniyas in Abu Dhabi for a long period of time. Both clubs have just revealed that after their talks, an agreement on a transfer can not be agreed. This implies that Michiel Kramer will once again be training with ADO’s first team squad and was included in the team press/photo shoot on Tuesday.

Time table for ADO open day

On Saturday 1st August,  ADO Den Haag holds its annual Open Day! In and around the Kyocera Stadium there has been a lot organized for fans young and old! The new squad will be presented, there will be all kinds of activities and stalls on Heldenplein, the stadium is open for a tour which includes a unique glimpse into the home dressing room and as icing on the cake there is a performance by De Kraaien. After the presentation and the appearance of De Kraaien there is ample opportunity to meet your heroes and make pictures. Set the Open Day on 1 August so bold on your calendar!
