ADO Den Haag played their fifth pre-season game and hit 13 on Wednesday evening, the second of their summer training camp. The game against Bruse Boys was another one-sided affair as were the previous games.
Amateur side Bruse Boys kept ADO at bay for the opening twenty five minutes, then the floodgates opened and the goals flooded in. Sheraldo Becker with the first. then it was Delano Laden (28) Becker again (31) Laden getting his second too (34). Thirty six minutes played and Lex Immers scored his first ADO goal since returning to the club. The sixth and final goal of the half scored by Danny Bakker in the last minute of the half, 0-6.
ADO made several changes to their line-up, but the goals kept going in. Guy Smith hitting the net twice in the forty eighth and fiftieth minutes. ADO made more changes to their line-up. ADO’s ninth goal came in the seventieth minute thanks to Sam van Huffel. ADO hit double figures in the seventy fourth minute thanks to a goal by Hennos Asmelash. A minute later, Trevor David made it 0-11.
ADO did not manage to keep a clean sheet despite all their forward dominance. Bruse Boys grabbed a goal in the seventy seventh minute, great for the hosts to get a consolation goal, but left the ADO defence annoyed.
ADO were back scoring again within three minutes. Ludcinio Marengo scoring from the penalty spot in the eightieth minute. ADO got another penalty in the eighty sixth minute, this time Mats van Kins converting the spot kick to end the night’s scoring. Final result 1-13.
ADO will play one more friendly during their camp, this time on Friday facing a Zeeuws XI before returning back to The Hague.
