ADO took the lead inside the first minute when Jill Wilmot got free. Five minutes later ADO scored again through Renate Jansen. ADO looked comfortable and in charge for the rest of the half and took the two goal lead into the break.

The second half was a real joy to watch, both teams attacking constantly with ADO still being the more dominant force. This however changed just after the hour mark. A weak back pass allowed Twente’s Ellen Jansen to steer the ball passed Barbera Lorsheijd in the ADO goal. Three minutes later and Twente were back on level terms. A free-kick went straight through the defensive wall and into the back of the net, Good strike by Ashley Nick.

ADO picked themselves up and again went on the attack. ADO were soon back in front thanks to a great shot from Marjolijn van den Bighelaar. The ADO forward got a second goal ten minutes later, an error in the Twente defence saw v/d Bighelaar lob the ball into the net from well over 20m out, stunning goal.

A minute later Twente got it back to 4-3 thanks to another goal by Ellen Jansen. The final ten minutes  saw penalty claims and ADO hit the post.

A crowd of 1300 roared their appreciation at the final whistle, A great game and result for the ADO ladies, who can now look forward to next Sunday’s cup final, also to be held in the Kyocera stadium. Tickets only 3 Euro’s each, so go and support our ladies!

Christian Supusepa is also about to sign for two seasons with an option for another year. He made his debut on August 8, 2010.

Garry Mendes Rodrigues has been signed. The attacking midfielder is from FC Boshuizen and trained with ADO at different times during last season. He has signed a one year contract with an option to extend it for another year.

Having already previously signed Aaron Meijers (RKC Waalwijk), Vito Wormgoor (De Graafschap) and Dion Malone (Almere City FC)  and the contract extensions bring it one step closer to forming the selection for the upcoming season.

As our ladies are already champions, how would you like to have a special souvenir of the ladies league victory? On Friday between 18.30 and 19.15 and after the game until 22.00, you can pose for a photo along side the trophy.

Only one person at a time with the trophy and the cost is 5 Euro’s. A professional photographer will take the photo’s and send them to you. The proceeds will benefit the squad of ADO Den Haag ladies, a group that works hard everyday without compensation for our club.

The Hague has even promised to arrange the actual transport.

Although there still remains a considerable amount needed to make this unique project a success. That amount is around € 40,000,

How we want to raise money? Very simple: anyone who wants help can now sponsor a brick for a cash donation.

Both houses consist of a total of 5500 bricks. To get the money together, we must get sponsoring. A brick costs only € 7.50.

Tickets cost only 3 Euro’s each. If you buy a group of tickets, fifteen or more, they cost only 2 Euro’s per ticket.  Tickets are now available from the stadium offices. Parking will be FREE.

The record attendance for a ladies cup final is currently 4,000 when AZ played Herenveen. So come on, lets beat that number and cheer our ladies onto victory!

A goal in each half sealed the victory. Goals from Lisanne Grimberg in the 34th minutes, was followed by Renate Jansen in the 69th minute.

Next Friday night, ADO ladies will take on FC Twente in the final league game of the season at the Kyocera stadion, kick-off 19.30 and it is free to enter. It will be a great night again as championship celebrations will be sure to continue.
