Information from the official ADO Den Haag website
To be able to visit home games of ADO Den Haag you it is best to be the holder of an ADO Den Haag Club Card. Every holder of an ADO Den Haag Club Card can buy one ticket for every match (also against big clubs like Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord) and for several matches even four tickets. With this Club Card it is not possible to buy tickets for games of another professional football organization.
With an ADO Den Haag Club Card you can buy your ticket(s) per game at any ticket box office or at the stadium ticket desk, mostly in Primera Shops.
The Club Card as a Service Card
With the ClubCard you can profit from many benefits that is only applying for Club Card Holders. The cost of a personal Club Card is €10 and the Card is valid for 5 years. A couple of important benefits of the Club Card are:
- Purchasing tickets via the Online Ticket Office from ADO Den Haag (the cheapest way to buy a ticket)
- Puchasing tickets via the Ticket Box Offices
- You have priority over regular open ticketsales to buy tickets
- Right to buy tickets for away games
- Right for purchasing tickets for play-offs and European games
- Right for purchasing ticktets for topgames (C matches), for example: Ajax, Feyenoord, FC Utrecht
- Right for purchasing four tickets for A and B matches
- When the Club Card is expired after 5 years, you will receive a message from ADO Den Haag. We won’t send you automatically a new Club Card.
The cost of a personal Club Card is €10.
How do I apply for a Club Card?

Please fill the form in block capitals and deliver it to the Ticketing Department. A valid ID needs to be shown to complete the application. Also the necessary biometric photo will be taken on this location.
By applying for an ADO Den Haag Club Card the applicant agrees to the Terms Procurement (Season) Club Card. The applicant also agrees on the standing orders from the Dutch Football Union and the clubs house rules. These are available at the Ticketing Department.
Please be aware that it is not possible to send the application form to the Ticketing Department by mail or e-mail. The application form needs to be filed in person because a biometric photo will be taken on location and your ID needs to be checked.
On the other hand you do not need to collect the ADO Den Haag Club Card at the Ticketing Department. It will be sent to you by mail.
Please be aware that the making of a personal biometric photo needed for the Club Card may take a few minutes.

Loss or theft of a Club Card
If you have lost your Club Card or when it is stolen you can apply for a new one at the Ticketing Department. In case you have reported loss or theft at the police you will receive a new one free of charge. If not we need to charge you €15 for administrative reasons.
